These terms of use (the “ General terms and conditions ") apply to contracts concluded via registration on the website AC STICK™ placed in the web interface www.eu.acstick.com (" web interface ") between our company AC STICK s.r.o., established at Pražská třída 6/62, Kukleny, 500 04, Hradec Králové  Czech republic. The company is registered in the Commercial Register of District Court Hradec Králové 10 Dec 2024, section Sro, insert no. C 53915.

The terms and conditions may change from time to time as circumstances change. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the most recent terms and conditions, which will be indicated below.

Please note that we understand your concern that your personal data needs to be protected. We make your concern our priority. Accordingly, all of your personal data is treated in complete conformance with the current legal data protection requirements as described below under our Privacy Policy.

DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the venoom.com web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. AC STICK™ cannot warrant that the content of venoom.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. AC STICK™ may at any time change the content of the site. Though AC STICK™ strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Part of the services mediated through venoom.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where AC STICK™ act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. AC STICK™ cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. AC STICK™ cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.

SHOPPING AT ACSTICK.COM

Shopping directly at venoom.com is a convenient service for our customers. We’re open 24/7 for you to find your favorite items. The full line from every collection will be made available as soon as they arrive at AC STICK™. When you receive your package you can try your gear in the privacy of your own home and we have a 14-day return period if you need to send something back for a full refund. We operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (working days) and not on public holidays.

SIGN IN OR REGISTER

Registration is free and easy to complete. When registering on our website, we will save the information necessary to fulfill your orders. We will not sell or in any other way let anyone else use your information. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about how we will use your personal information.

TRADE MARKS

Our trademarks include are AC STICK™. (amongst others) the AC STICK™ name and logo. These trade marks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trade marks.

VIOLATION OF RULES

AC STICK™ reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of Force Majeure, AC STICK™ obligations are suspended. The contract between you and AC STICK™ can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by AC STICK™. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, UFO`s, natural disasters or similar events. AC STICK™ will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

All transactions on venoom.com are processed using Stripe, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. AC STICK™ makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

CREDIT CARD

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by AC STICK™. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.

PAYMENT TRANSFER

We will also issue an invoice for payment through a bank account.

ORDER PROCESS & CONFIRMATION

All orders are processed within two business days at AC STICK™ warehouse in CZ in Europe. Shipping takes between 2 and 9 working days depending on where in the world you are located. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For US orders shipping to UT and CO you will see a sales tax on their order. This will reflect during checkout. Orders going to Canada are subject to taxes depending on where they're headed to, however, all duties are included in the cost of the goods.

For orders to the European Union (EU) Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, prices include VAT and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

VENOOM delivers within select countries in Europe (see list of countries below) and to North America (USA and Canada). Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping on each order.

EU orders are shipped with GLS and DPD. North American orders are shipped with UPS and DHL. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers usually operate between 08.00-17.00 (8am-5pm) business days.

Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.
